At the first joint user conference<\/strong> under the neeyo umbrella on June 9, 2026, in Munich The future of customer communication in focus.<\/strong> Customers, partners, and industry experts received Insights into further development<\/strong> the neeyo Suite,<\/strong> new features, concrete AI applications, flexible operating models<\/strong> as well as the first presented neeyo App for digital B2C and B2G communication.<\/strong><\/p>

The name of the WEITBLICK location was fitting: the event looked ahead \u2013 at Customer Communications Management, digital delivery, and end-to-end communication as a competitive advantage. Director of Product Gerhard Gruber<\/strong> showed how document creation, business processes, archiving, delivery, and customer communication in a seamless platform<\/strong> to be merged. The focus was on new functionalities, further integration steps, and the ambition to comprehensively map modern customer communication.<\/p>

Even the Use of Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> (AI)<\/strong> was shown in a practical way. Gerhard Gruber<\/strong> and Software Developer Lukas Jorg<\/strong> presented new next-generation features of dmDOC,<\/strong> Project Name: \u201eApollo\u201c - including AI-powered document creation, intelligent review processes, and dialog-based interaction with templates and resources.<\/p>

With the neeyo App<\/strong> Neeyo also presented a New platform for digital B2C and B2G communication.<\/strong> It enables secure delivery, intelligent processing, and management of documents on mobile devices \u2013 including automatic document recognition, notifications, read receipts, and digital return channels.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
