In 2016, the complex document creation process that CANCOM Austria often faced when preparing bids exceeded the capabilities of most standard bidding software on the market. Thanks to the neeyo suite, CANCOM Austria can now create dynamic documents based on building blocks and link them to existing systems, such as a calculation tool. Desired standardization was achieved by providing uniform paragraphs, formulations, and templates. Additionally, the underlying approval process was standardized.
