You submit your documents to us - usually consisting of a CV, relevant certificates and, if applicable, a short cover letter. We will check your application carefully and get back to you as soon as possible.
2. our conversation
If your application is convincing, we will invite you to an interview. The purpose of this is to get to know each other: we want to find out more about your motivation, your previous experience and your ideas. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to get to know us, our working methods and the team better.
3. contract
If both sides have the feeling: „This fits!“, you will receive your contract offer. We discuss the framework conditions transparently and fairly and ensure that everything is arranged smoothly and comprehensibly for you.
4. your first day
We would like to welcome you on your start date. You will receive a structured induction, get to know your team and be familiarized with your tasks step by step. To make you feel at home from day one, we will support you closely during the onboarding phase.
