From June 24 to 26, we were an exhibitor at the DOXNET , the 20th specialist conference and exhibition 2025 in Baden-Baden. We look back on three intensive days full of exciting discussions, professional exchanges and inspiring ideas.
Communication with vision
One of our highlights was the presentation by Mario Brehme from Concept & Marketing and our Co-CEO Markus Gruber with the title:
„Plan A instead of Plan B - migration with foresight“
Together they showed why in the area of customer communications management (CCM) it is not enough to simply react to changes. Instead, you need clear strategies, foresight - and a well thought-out plan A that will make your company future-proof in the long term.
The consistently positive feedback and the intensive discussions that followed have shown that the topic hits a nerve.
As every year, we were already looking forward to our annual „class reunion“ in Baden-Baden, as we always find the perfect setting there to exchange ideas with customers and interested parties at eye level. Thanks to Gaby Grosse and her team for the flawless organization!
Markus Gruber, Co-CEO at neeyo

Exchange at eye level
There were lively discussions at the neeyo booth about system migrations, digitalization, regulatory requirements, and how to make customer communication sustainable, efficient, and human at the same time. We were particularly pleased by the many specific questions and interest in concrete solutions.
Once again perfectly organized, a compliment to the Doxnet team around Gaby, especially the location on Tuesday evening was great. As always, a perfect platform for exchanging information and knowledge, good discussions with customers, partners and other industry players.

Conclusion to DOXNET 2025
DOXNET 2025 has shown once again:
The challenges in customer communication are great - but with the right partners and a clear plan, they can be solved.
We would like to thank all visitors, contributors and partners - and are already looking forward to the next encounters.
