How k+m modernized its output management with the neeyo Suite, migrated around 250 relevant document templates, and enabled the departments to have more independence in document management.

Die Konzept & Marketing GmbH (k+m) is an independent insurance broker based in Hanover that develops and administers solutions in the fields of property, liability and accident insurance. k+m took advantage of the system change to further specifically develop its output management.
In addition to reliably capturing existing output, the focus was on simpler administration, greater independence for the specialist departments, and the prerequisites for further digitization and automation steps.
As a successor solution to DOPiX, k+m chose the neeyo Suite. Employees from different departments brought their requirements and knowledge into the cross-departmental project.
Together with neeyo, k+m adapted the solution to their own processes – even where requirements went beyond the original standard.
Implement changes yourself. Directly in the department.
On this basis, k+m migrated around 250 relevant document templates into the neeyo Suite. The company had already removed any unused templates from its inventory before the acquisition. At the same time, k+m transferred the migrated documents to the new corporate design.
Today, k+m creates all the documents with the neeyo Suite. Letters and emails for external communication regarding insurance contracts and claims.
With the new solution, k+m simplified the document management process. Employees from contract, claims, and marketing can independently edit existing templates and create new documents.
This allows changes to be implemented directly in the relevant departments. At the same time, IT is relieved of the burden of making changes to technical documents.

New base. Next steps in sight.
With the neeyo Suite, k+m has created the foundation for the next steps. Next, the company plans to modernize the design of its policies and to further unify forms across different output formats. In the long term, it aims to centralize content and use a common template for letter, PDF, and web forms.
